网络被限制了

最近这段时间，Emule下载都在30K以内，上网也很慢，有时网页打不开.今天偶然用Netstat查看了下信息，才发现Connections最高只有80左右，原来是被网通限制连接了.看来以后不能用Emule/BT了，原本连接电信的网络就慢的要死.现在还限制了连接，这宽带用的真是郁闷.
